What makes you snore?

You may have asked your self this question many several times and did not find the exact answer.
First you need to know that snoring comes from vibration of lax soft tissues in the air way tract (the respiratory tract) by the flow of the air in and out.
I will try with you now find what cause of your snore is?

First your nose!
Open your nostrils and try to make snoring sound, if it gets better and decrease, then your nose is a factor in your snore.

Second your tongue!
Get your tongue out of your mouth and try again to make snoring sound , if it decrease or disappear then your tongue if factor in your snoring.

Third your mouth!
Open your mouth widely and try again to make snore sound, if it decreases then as you know it will be your mouth that share in your snore sound.

Fourth your soft palate
If nothing of the last three test success, then you may have Palatal Flutter.
That means your soft palate is vibrating easily.
Also you may have Multifactorial snoring.
That means you have more than reason to snore , your nose may cause snoring and also your mouse may contribute and your soft palate may also do the same so that is what we call Multifactorial snoring.
